Rise & Thrive Transitional Living provides safe, structured sober living environments for men and women throughout the Sacramento area. Our homes offer accountability, peer support, stability, and a recovery-focused community where individuals can continue building healthy, independent lives.

Rise & Thrive provides the bridge between structured treatment and independent living. Participants have the opportunity to practice accountability, develop healthy routines, return to work or school, strengthen recovery connections and learn how to navigate everyday life while living in a supportive sober environment.
Who We Serve
Rise & Thrive welcomes men and women who are ready to live in a structured, substance-free environment and actively participate in their recovery.
We work with individuals transitioning from residential treatment, outpatient programs, hospitals or behavioral health programs, homelessness or housing instability, incarceration or reentry programs, and other supportive environments.
We also welcome referrals from treatment providers, case managers, social workers, behavioral health professionals and community organizations.
